Shot on location across the world, ‘Culinary Journeys’ takes us to the most famous food destinations in the world and the flavours found within the streets of each town or city - the food that entices travellers to venture thousands of miles to satisfy their taste buds.
Each half-hour episode culminates in the cooking of a quintessentially regional meal, cooked by a renowned local chef. We will learn about the significance of the dishes served up, the history of the culinary culture and what constitutes first class hospitality in each destination. Our filming is timed to coincide with the harvest of coveted seasonal ingredients and celebrated food festivals.
