For more than half a century, the world has been captivated by the Kennedys, America’s “royal family.” The ground-breaking miniseries brings the remaining Kennedys to life showing the challenges faced by the widows and their children and by Ted Kennedy, the youngest brother, whose task was to uphold the Kennedy name and to take up their political mantle.
The miniseries covers the years from 1968 to1999, and uses public events as a background to tell the intimate story of this iconic family as it struggles to come to terms with what Jackie Kennedy Onassis herself called “the end of Camelot”.
