Wildebeeste - Born To Run

PLAY

Neo is a young male Wildebeest, and all he knows is forward momentum. He’s spent his whole life running. He only stops to eat – to fuel his body for the next long distance haul.

The wildebeest migration promises grand vistas, uncountable numbers and gruesome predations. But this is a personal story: Neo is on his first migration cycle and his struggle to make it through his first year.

The stakes are high because it’s Neo who gets lost when he’s only five days old; Neo limping on the plains with hyenas closing in; Neo left for dead in the river on a pile of carcasses. His challenges and triumphs give us an intimate perspective on one of the greatest wildlife spectacles in Nature.
