Dragon Island (AKA The Lizard King)

PLAY

The largest lizards on the planet, they are giant reptiles with the patience of a crocodile and the venom of a snake. They have earned their title as ‘Lizard King’.

There is an island where dragons still roam, a Jurassic type underworld where ancient warlords still rule.  Where they fight for supremacy, where they fight to survive. Komodo Island – deep in the remote basin of the Pacific Ocean – it’s an ancient Kingdom of fire and brimstone. Here, a string of 452 volcanoes erupt from the ocean bed. It’s known as “The Ring of Fire” and it’s the perfect habitat for dragons. Komodo Dragons! The largest living lizard on the planet, with 34 million years of survival in his DNA.  It’s no surprise that he’s still known as a dragon, he has the presence of an ancient gladiator.  He’s armored in claws and scales, but instead of spitting fire, he spits deadly venom.

It’s the start of a new era on Dragon Island. The mighty young warrior, Drogo, has overthrown the old king and must fight to hold onto his supremacy. He’s young and virile – and he weighs in at 250lbs, but the hierarchy is not yet set in stone…there are many young dragons waiting in the wings to challenge him. If Drogo wants to be king of this castle, he’ll have to fight for the throne.

Komodo Dragons are often referred to as ‘The land Crocodile’, and true to this nickname, they have the patience and cunning of those ancient reptiles. To boot, their toxic venom is on a par with the deadliest snakes… this giant lizard is a fusion of some of the most iconic reptiles. But on the outside, he’s just a modern-day Dragon, with normal, mundane needs … to feed and breed.

He’ll need all the strength and power that he can muster to achieve these goals. Fighting off rivals and tracking prey are part of his daily ritual, but to fuel his enormous bulk he needs to hunt big prey. He relies on his stealth and his deadly venom to hunt. Patience and perseverance is the dragon’s way.
